How do I get an estimate?

• If your architect has your plans on AutoCAD then include them with your e-mail.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
• We can discuss your requirements right away on the phone. If you email us we will get back to you by phone or email as soon as possible. We can then come to your home, take measurements and get an estimate back to you all within 72 hours.
Do you charge for estimates?
• Initially we can give you a ball-park figure estimate but as estimates normally take time to prepare and require some planning, we do charge for this service.
Do you charge for design work?
• Yes. In order to provide you with a comprehensive estimate we will send you a kitchen plan, including the cost.
What are your rates?
• Principal Kitchen Designer, Simon Coltman – $120.00 per hour
• Principal Kitchen Designer, Andrea Belfon LEED AP - $95.00 per hour
• Associate Kitchen Designer – $50.00 per hour
• Associate Kitchen Designer, Kim Fairman CKD - $135.00 per hour
• Interior Designer, CB Miles – $125.00 per hour

How long will each part of the kitchen design process take?
• Initial consultation – 2 hours
• Measuring – 30 mins to 1 hour
• Preparation of plans, drawings and elevations – minimum of 5 hours needed
• Additional design work – as required

• Yes, you can hire us just for a consultation and think about it for as long as you like. We do recommend a minimum of 3 to 4 hours for an initial consultation, though.
Say I decide to use your services. What do I do next?
• Initially, we meet with clients for a 3 to 4 hour consultation. This can be either in your home, at the showroom here in Buckhead, Atlanta, or anywhere you choose that is convenient for you.
• There we will discuss your ideas and we will give you expert planning and design advice. Prior to the consultation we may ask you some questions (via email or on the phone) to further help you save your time.
Would you measure and design my kitchen and provide me with a kitchen design plan?
• Yes, we can provide you with a computer generated plan or full AutoCAD blueprints.
What can I then do with my plan?
• When you have your plan you are under no obligation to use our services any more. You can use it to shop around for estimates.
I know what I want my kitchen to look like but I am too busy to shop around for estimates from all the kitchen suppliers and contractors. Can you do this for me?
• Yes, this is all part of the service.
Do I have to buy cabinets or any products from you?
• No, we only help you make the best selections for your budget.
Can I buy cabinets from you?
• Yes, we can buy your cabinets for you from a large selection, including the highest quality Modern Gatto Cucine cabinets from Europe.
Do I need to select my appliances prior to the estimate?
• We recommend that you know all the appliances that you want to use in the kitchen. That will make the estimate more comprehensive.
Will you help me select my appliances?
• Yes, we can give expert advice about the latest and best appliances on the market.
Do you provide turnkey service?
• Yes, we do.
